 How does HCA Produce Weight Loss?

There is an enzyme is our bodies called citrate lyase that turns carbohydrates into fatty acids, cholesterol and triglycerides; HCA slows down this enzyme and suppresses hunger that’s how weight loss is produced. The aims of the study were to evaluate the efficacy of G Cambogia for body weight and fat mass loss; participants were also on a high fibre, low energy diet.
