I have started today a 9 day clean programme, this morning I took 2 forever Garcinia capsules, 120ml Aloe Vera Gel, 240mls water, and I did 20 minutes exercise, then I snacked on 2 forever bee pollen. its going to be exciting in the next coming 9 days.
