How To Lose up to 10 lbs in 5 Weeks

Health way to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks, is good diet and exercise. If  you are overweight follow a good diet,  stay with your selected calories, exercise, cut off sugary foods, never eat after 8pm in the night, never eat snacks larger than your fist. Track your weight daily. I am sure you will also lose 10lbs . Because when I was  overweight this is  what I did; I exercised  everyday, I ate  between 1200-1400 my selected calories a day. I walked and made simple moves of 10 minutes a day (little good dances, the zumba  way). Five weeks came and I had good and proper 10 pounds on weight. Healthy weight loss ranges from anywhere between 2-5 pounds a week. So 10 pounds in  5 weeks is achievable just make sure you're doing it the healthy way, so exercise and diet
